It was designed by Eileen Bennett of The Sampler House and was featured in the 1999 issue of Just Cross Stitch's Annual Christmas Ornament Issue.  It was stitched on some 32ct Toitoi linen by Countrystitch with the called for fibres. While I was there I met Gwendoline Oxton who was watching the Jill Oxton Cross Stitch and Beading Stand. It is exactly as charted and looks ok in real life but in the photo it comes out a bit strange looking. I think this is the first time a film has inspired a new start for me.
